Who we are
The Performance Academy is a trading name of Kashandrew Consultancy. The ROI for AI Bootcamp is run jointly by Kashandrew Consultancy and Alex Lockey, who act as joint data controllers for the personal data described below.
Registered company details, ICO registration number and a contact address to be added before launch.
What we collect
- Newsletter and calculator sign-ups. Your email address, the page you signed up from, and the date and time you gave consent.
- Registrations. Your name, work email, company, role, revenue band and preferred cohort month.
- Delegate accounts. For paying delegates, your name, company, cohort, and any models you save on the platform.
- Analytics. Aggregate page and performance data. We do not build advertising profiles.
Why we use it
To run the bootcamp you have registered for, to send you the newsletter you asked for, and to tell you about the programme. Our lawful basis is your consent for marketing, and performance of a contract for delivering the bootcamp itself.
Who we share it with
Your details are shared between Andy Bate (Kashandrew Consultancy) and Alex Lockey for the purpose of running and marketing the bootcamp. Beyond that we share data only with the service providers that run this site and our email, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Marketing contacts until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you. Delegate and financial records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent at any time, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Every newsletter carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
